Following a year of discussions, our parent company, SES Water and its subsidiaries have been sold (subject to approval by The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA)) to the Pennon Group.
Pennon already own South West Water, Bristol Water and Bournemouth Water. Founded in 1989, Pennon is a FTSE 250 listed company and one of the leading businesses in the UK water sector.
